Production process

1.Design

According to the requirements, culture, and also the characteristics of the product, etc., design the pattern. Then proofing, according to the drawing, make the sample.

2. Select cardboard

The general gift box cardboard is hard cardboard or long cardboard to do. More than 3mm-6mm thickness of cardboard with manual lamination outside the decorative surface, bonding molding.

3. Printing

The gift box is only made of printing wrapping paper, because the gift box is the outer packaging box, so the printing requirement is very high.

4. Surface treatment

The wrapping paper of gift box usually has to do surface treatment, the common ones are over light glue, over matte glue, over UV, over light oil, over matte oil.

5. Die-cutting

Die-cutting is a relatively important part of the printing process, to die-cutting accuracy must be done with the right knife die

6. Laminating
